It's been awhile since No Limit debuted a new male solo artist, and Thuggin' proves to be just what listeners remember from high-profile breakouts like Silkk The Shocker's Charge It 2 Da Game, C-Murder's Life or Death and Mystikal's The Unpredictable. Magic's an excellent rapper, definitely cut from the same cloth as Master P and others in the No Limit family, and a veteran of several of the label's joints already.
