Los Angeles-based Killradio make their Columbia debut with Raised On Whipped Cream, a catchy crazed album filled as much with polemic as it is with powerful punk revivalism. The Clash are a big influence here; "Classroom Blues" stutters its rant over echoing dub, while the title track cops the group's famous ultimatum.
