The B-15 Project, comprised of dance impresarios Angus Campbell and Ian Wallman, have been regulating U.K. garage music since the late '90s. They've produced and remixed some of ragga's finest -- that of Lady Saw, Beenie Man, and Crissy D -- while maintaining their own career. Debut singles "Feel My Desire" and "Testify" were issued in 1999 and the All the Ladies EP followed shortly thereafter.
